Warehouse & Distribution Team Members are responsible for delivering products to Food Service and Retail locations in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed warehouse. This role supports daily park operations by ensuring supplies are properly stocked, rotated, and accounted for across all locations.
Skills, Requirements & QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older
Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Washington State driver’s license by hire date
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Forklift experience a plus (certification may be provided as required)
Ability to work independently while multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
Strong communication skills with guests, coworkers, and management
Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
GeneralDuties & Responsibilities
Guest Service
Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to guests and team members
Follow all guest service standards and code of conduct guidelines outlined in the Team Member Handbook
Safety
Support Wild Waves’ safety-first culture by maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leadership toward shared park goals
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including warehouse spaces and delivery vehicles
Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesStocking & Distribution: Receive order requests from Food Service and Retail locations and deliver the correct products to each location prior to opening and throughout the operating day
Operational Runs: Respond to calls for additional supplies and deliver products to designated park locations
Product Rotation: Ensure all products are rotated following First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures
Receiving Goods: Load and unload delivery trucks and organize incoming products in designated storage areas
Product Control: Secure products and ensure accurate tracking within warehouse and storage locations
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with monthly inventory counts
Vehicle & Equipment Operation: Safely operate department vehicles, trucks, and forklifts (as authorized) while following parking lot and driving safety standards
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, refrigeration and freezer trailers, dry storage areas, department vehicles, and back-of-house spaces
Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned based on department and park needs
Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Occasional climbing or balancing
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work may occur both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions
Noise levels may range from moderate to high
