The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products. This role is essential to maintaining warehouse accuracy, organization, and workplace safety. Because our warehouse team depends on each person being present and prepared,
consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this role
. Reliable attendance helps us maintain smooth operations, support our coworkers, meet customer needs, and continue building a great place to work.

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts, if certified.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer system skills preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Team members are expected to be present, ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift, and to communicate promptly with their supervisor regarding any attendance concerns.
