• Supervising and developing Food and Beverage Assistants.
• Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building a natural rapport.
• Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on dishes that our guests might enjoy.
• Ensuring tables are cleared and re-set promptly and efficiently.
  Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
• Strong supervisorial and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
• A smart and professional appearance.

• Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
  Salary - £ 27,040
