We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Carpenter who will provide a high-quality, customer and quality-focused service, delivering a range of carpentry works within the residential services department across properties in and around the London Borough of Hounslow.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties, with a primary focus on carpentry, including first and second fix works, door and window repairs, kitchen and bathroom repairs, flooring, joinery, and general building fabric repairs.
Undertaking multi-trade tasks where required, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with contract specifications, health and safety requirements, and relevant quality standards.
Completing repairs efficiently and effectively, using schedules of rates and ensuring all works are delivered within agreed timescales and to the required specification.
Diagnosing repair requirements accurately, planning each job effectively, and ensuring the correct tools, materials, and equipment are available to complete works on the first visit wherever possible.
Providing a customer-focused service by maintaining excellent communication with tenants and leaseholders, demonstrating respect, professionalism, and consideration within their homes.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship, minimising disruption, and ensuring repairs are completed right first time.
Leaving all properties, communal areas, and work locations clean, safe, and tidy upon completion, removing all waste, tools, and surplus materials in line with company procedures.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and other trades to support the delivery of an effective and efficient responsive repairs service across residential properties.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry Benefits:

Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.
