LCV TECHNICIAN
Salary: £41,000 Basic + Overtime
OTE:
Up to £49,000+ per annum - Uncapped

Hours:

40 hours per week | Monday-Friday
Saturday: 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, paid at 1.5x

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:

· Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance on LCVs

· Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults

· Completing repairs efficiently and accurately

· Carrying out diagnostic work and fault finding

· Preparing vehicles for MOT where required

· Working to manufacturer standards and repair procedures

· Completing job cards and recording work accurately

· Ensuring all work meets health and safety requirements

· Supporting the wider workshop team

· Continuing to develop your technical skills through manufacturer training

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience working on light commercial vehicles

· Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance is desirable

· Time-served technicians with 5+ years' proven experience will also be considered

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

· Brand diagnostic accreditation would be advantageous

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Organised and able to work to deadlines

· Flexible approach to a varied workshop environment

· Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
