Qualifications& Experience
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology required
- Valid state credential or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and fellow support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and case management abilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with a second School Psychologist to divide and manage the caseload efficiently
- Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to recommend and implement evidence-based interventions
- Participate in eligibility and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere
