FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Geriatric House Calls team in Fenton, MI. You will deliver one-on-one, in-home therapy to older adults, develop plans of care, and advance mobility and independence in private residences or senior living communities.
Enjoy flexible scheduling, autonomy, and opportunities to incorporate telehealth when appropriate, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and using FOX's EMR system to document care and outcomes.
