Summary of Position The IS Coordinator provides day-to-day support for the organization's Information Systems by delivering first-level end-user support, assisting with system administration, licensing, and access security, and coordinating system-related projects. This role works closely with the Business Systems Manager to support software configuration, troubleshooting, testing, training, process documentation, and system adoption. The position requires a strong willingness to learn new software platforms and provide ongoing administrative, technical, and coordination support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with user account setup, role assignments, licensing, and license security across software systems.
* Provide first-level support to end-users, responding to IS support ticket requests and assisting with issue resolution or escalation as appropriate.
* Support general software administration and basic troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as needed.
* Learn and provide administrative support for new software platforms, including understanding system functionality and technical controls.
* Coordinate IS and business system projects, including task tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
* Assist departments with identifying, documenting, and improving process flows, translating business needs into documented requirements.
* Support system testing, training, and user adoption, including documentation, job aids, and user support.
* Maintain project, process, and system documentation in alignment with IS governance and security standards.
* Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Business Systems Manager.
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new software platforms and support them in an administrative capacity.
* Ability to assist with basic troubleshooting, process documentation, and issue identification.
* Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
* Ability to document processes clearly and follow structured procedures.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
* Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and user account management. Software Skills

* Excel - must be highly proficient

* Scribe How
* Smart Sheet
* Raken Training Requirements
* Candidate will provide proof of prior training that maintains or advances their current skillset.
