Clear View Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout Midmichigan. This is an opening for WEEKEND work in the FENTON area. This building does operate 7 days a week and employees work on a rotating schedule including some weekends and on call shifts. Shift runs from 7pm-1am.

Cleaning/Janitorial Technician

As a Cleaning Technician, here’s a short list of what you’d be doing:

• Gather, empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
• Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming.
• Dust vents, office furniture, equipment, sills, wall mounted objects, etc, per schedule.
• Keep areas stocked with supplies; paper products, soaps etc.
• Clean and sanitize areas such as; restrooms, exam rooms, offices, break rooms etc.
• Clean high touch points such as; glass, chrome fixtures, phones, etc.
• Request supplies as needed.
• Keeping janitor storage area clean.
• Keep buildings secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
• Notify manager when a building needs minor repairs.
• Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.

• Saturday and Sunday
