As our new Area Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Direct, train, and motivate cleaning staff across your assigned territory.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and supply distribution efficiently.
