Manufacturing Machine Operator – Die Casting

Production Castings is seeking hands‑on Machine Operators who are eager to grow their skills in a Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting manufacturing environment
. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment and want the opportunity to advance into Die Cast Machine setup and operation
.

• Operate Wheelabrator and Burnishing Machines to finish metal parts according to specifications
• Operate trim presses in manual, semi‑automatic, or automatic modes as required
• Inspect finished castings to ensure they meet quality and production standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or process issues during production
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing work environment

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documentation
• Ability to maintain accurate production and quality records
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently

We offer multiple shift opportunities:

1st Shift (4-Day Work Week)
5:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Monday through Thursday

2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week)
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Monday through Thursday

3rd Shift (5-Day Work Week)
9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Sunday through Thursday
