Trillium Staffing is hiring a full-time Grinder Hand / General Laborer for a metal shop in Fenton.
This position involves grinding parts, sandblasting, and general shop support. Candidates may also be asked to assist with torch work or operate a CNC spinning lathe.
Responsibilities- Grind and finish metal parts using hand tools and surface finishing equipment
- Sandblast components as required
- Read and follow work orders and basic measurements
- Assist with torch work or CNC spinning lathe operation when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Starting pay: $18/hour, paid weekly through the agency
- Full medical benefits after 60 days once hired in
- 401(k) eligibility after one year
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
- 1st shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm
