This is a direct hire opportunity. You will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.

• Master the Machines
  :
  Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on sophisticated equipment, including electronics, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, software, hardware, and robotics.
• Keep Operations Smooth
  :
  Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment, including cleaning, retooling, oil‑changing, calibrating, and aligning.
• Drive Innovation
  :
  Assist in engineering studies targeting process design improvements for product throughput, first‑run yields, ergonomics, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related mechanical or electrical experience, or an Associate's Degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as shop equipment (lathe, mills, grinder, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand both technical and non‑technical materials.
• Exceptional technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer and software applications.

• Knowledgeable in PLC/SRC/RS LOGIX and Ladder Logic.
• Familiarity with robotic and vision systems.
• Experience with process improvement, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Prior experience in a team‑based management culture.
