** Position Overview*
* As a  
** Manufacturing Associate** , you will be responsible for operating production equipment and assembling components into machined valve bodies. This role includes hands-on assembly, machine operation, quality checks, and material handling to support a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

In addition, you may also assist with washing, deburring, packing, and replenishing parts while maintaining accurate production and quality records.

Shift: **  $16.50/hr.

** 2nd

Shift: **  $17.50/hr.

** 3rd

Shift: **  $17.00/hr.

** Overtime available*
* ** What You'll Do*
* + Operate assembly and production machinery

+ Load and unload small automotive parts weighing 6 - 8lbs.

+ Assemble components into machined valve bodies

+ Perform visual and quality inspections

+ Use gauges, micrometers, and measuring tools

+ Reset machine faults and assist with changeovers

+ Track counts, Lot control, and Quality data

+ Pack parts into dunnage and move materials using pallet jacks

+ Keep work areas clean and safe

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

** What We're Looking For**   **(required):*
* + Ability to read and write in English

+ Strong Attendance

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Good hand-eye coordination

+ Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

+ Comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting

** Preferred (not required):*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Manufacturing or assembly experience

+ Basic computer skills

+

Experience with quality inspection, SPC, or Lot control

** Physical Requirements*
* + Standing up to 8 hours per shift

+ Lift up to 6-8 lbs. continuously; 10-15 lbs. occasionally

+ Repetitive hand and arm movement

+ Bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling

+ Standing position for duration of shift

+ Ability to work safely around machinery

+ Wear Safety shoes, ESD straps, Hairnet, Beard cover, and any other protective equipment required

** Work Environment & Policies*

+ Background check & drug screen required

+ Must adhere to attendance policy
