Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

We are located just minutes away from Flint and 11 miles south of Hill Road!

You will earn: up to $36.40 per hour!

• LPN Starting wage: $29.00‑$33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 12 hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time or Part Time available
• Days or Midnights available

How you will help people every day:

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current Michigan LPN license and current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher
• High analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done
• Ability to work in surrounding areas within 15 miles:
  Linden, Fenton Township, Fenton TWP, Holly, Argentine, Byron, Cohactah, Oak Grove, Flint, Burton, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, Rankin, Goodrich, Atlas
