Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest technology and being part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Just minutes away from Flint and 11 miles south of Hill Road.
You will earn: up to $36.40 per hour!
- LPN Starting wage: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
- PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

Scheduling flexibility:
- 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
- Full‑time or part‑time available
- Days or midnights available
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
