Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will earn: up to $36.40 per hour!

• LPN Starting wage: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

Scheduling flexibility:

• 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time available
• Days or midnights available

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
