Our skilled nurses provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest technology and being part of a strong inter‑disciplinary team.

You will earn: up to $36.40 per hour.

• LPN Starting wage: $29.00–$33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour

Scheduling options:

• 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full time or part time available
• Days or midnights available

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan LPN license and CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
• High analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex problems
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
