, in partnership with an automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer
. This role is responsible for supporting customer, supplier, and/or advanced quality activities, resolving manufacturing quality concerns, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates with backgrounds in supplier quality, customer quality, launch/advanced quality, or a combination of these areas are encouraged to apply.

• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and containment activities for product and manufacturing quality concerns
• Support supplier and/or customer quality issues from initial identification through resolution
• Develop, review, and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and related quality documentation
• Support new product launches and ensure quality requirements are met throughout the manufacturing process
• Monitor quality performance, trends, scorecards, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct or support supplier, process, and quality system audits
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to resolve product and process issues
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on product quality and manufacturing performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience within automotive or a similar manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and other AIAG Core Tools
• Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Why, or Six Sigma
• Experience investigating manufacturing or product quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems and manufacturing processes
• Experience analyzing quality data, metrics, and process performance
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, Advanced Quality, or Launch Quality
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or VDA quality standards
• Experience conducting supplier or manufacturing process audits
• Experience with GD&T, measurement equipment, gauges, and process capability analysis
• Experience supporting automotive electronics, PCB assembly, semiconductor components, or similar products
• Experience with customer portals, scorecards, and customer-specific quality requirements
• Experience supporting new product launches and supplier PPAP approvals
