Stocking Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Lift and move heavy items, exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as required.
• Maintain an organized backroom and storage area.
• Ensure product safety and compliance with Walmart policies.
