Lead the eCommerce process for receiving customers' online orders and selecting/picking items.;
Review customer comments and special instructions to ensure correct items and substitutions.;
Ensure quality control and careful handling of perishables and delicate items during picking and packing.;
Scan items and confirm order totals for products priced by the pound; manage substitutions as needed.;
Store orders at proper temperatures (refrigerator/freezer) and assist with timely customer pickup.
