• Identify the exact parts needed by our service technicians to keep customer vehicles running smoothly.
• Assist retail customers walking up to the counter by listening to their needs and finding the right components.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock shipments as they arrive from vendors.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have what they need before they start a job.
• Process special orders and follow up on shipment tracking to keep our clients informed.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean counter area that reflects our standards of service.

• Professional experience in an automotive parts department or similar mechanical environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational habits for keeping a busy parts area tidy and functional.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clear communication style for coordinating with service technicians and retail customers.
• Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management software is helpful but not mandatory.
