The RoleWe’re hiring a Sales Manager to take control of our front‑end sales operation and drive growth. This is not a passive management role. You will own the numbers, lead the team, and set the tone.
Your responsibilities- Drive revenue through high‑ticket custom builds and upgrades
- Lead, coach, and hold service advisors accountable daily
- Enforce a structured, proven sales process
- Track and improve KPIs (ARO, closing ratio, GP, car count)
- Ensure every customer gets a premium, consultative experience
- Work closely with technicians to align sales with production capacity
You’re not selling basic repairs. You’re helping customers build their dream Jeep or truck, upgrade performance, suspension, wheels, and accessories, or invest in vehicles they’re passionate about.

- Understand lift kits, wheels/tires, suspension, and performance upgrades
- Are uncomfortable talking about money or closing deals
- Avoid accountability or tough conversations
- Need constant direction
- Prefer slow‑paced or low‑pressure environments
