We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service/Installer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC equipment while providing high-quality workmanship and professional customer service in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsiblities- Install, service, and repair all types of residential HVAC equipment, including:
- High-efficiency furnaces and air conditioners
- Heat pumps and ductless mini-split systems
- Boilers and on-demand (tankless) water heaters
- Energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
- Perform maintenance, safety inspections, and system start-ups
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and company vehicle
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding work performed and recommendations
- Ensure all work meets local code and safety requirements

- 40-50 hours per week Monday - Friday (overtime at x1.5)
- On call schedule currently at 1 week every 3 weeks

- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- Boiler experience required (installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting)
- Experience with mini-splits, ERVs, high-efficiency systems, and on-demand water heaters preferred
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
