IMMEDIATE HIRE - HVAC APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN $23/HR
We are seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan.
Your Day-to-Day- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on‑call rotation one week every three weeks
- Snow removal when needed
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal is a big plus)
- 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- $23 per hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually
- On‑call bonus $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
- Holiday coverage bonuses
