We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC apartment maintenance technician at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. Explore the property here and consider this your personal invitation to apply! Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
• Snow removal when needed

What we're looking for:

• EPA certification (EPA Universal is a big plus!)
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & benefits:

- $23/hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5% - Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
