At Tel Com Construction, as a Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day aspects of the project. The purpose of this position is to provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews, with local work and occasional travel.

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials, and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as-builts and redlines
• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel‑related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts strongly preferred
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience with Google applications a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license a plus

• Frequent sit, stand and/or walk
