Superintendent, Construction

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Job Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish.

• Provide onsite supervision and subcontractor management throughout the life of Construction Management projects.
• Manage on‑site job supervisors and coordinate subcontractors.
• Schedule drawings and interpret construction plans.
• Maintain quality control and prepare daily reports and project documentation.
• Maintain positive customer relations.
• Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety and ensure all processes and practices are conducted safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Effective use of time‑management skills.
• Good understanding of all phases of construction.
• Highly effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ongoing development in computing skills.
• A minimum of 10 years of construction experience (preferred).
• Experience in a management or supervisory role is desired.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Travel is required.

Starting pay range is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.

• Weekly paycheck.
