Position Type: 32 Hours Biweekly
Schedule:
Day shifts (7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm) with a 32‑hour biweekly schedule.
32 hours biweekly, day shifts from 7:30am‑4:00pm or 8:00am‑4:00pm.
CompensationHourly Wage Range: $16.86 - $21.05. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly, maintain confidentiality, and consistently present a pleasant, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with mobility and transportation needs, including wheelchairs, patient transport, valet parking, and help getting in and out of vehicles.
- Provide clear directions and facility information to support customers in navigating services and locations.
- Keep the entrance and lobby safe, clean, organized, and well‑stocked, including maintaining wheelchairs and a neat workstation.
- Stay attentive to customer needs, monitor lobby activity, support comfort and safety, and share helpful feedback to improve the overall experience.

Qualifications- High school education or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with a positive, person‑centered attitude.
- Professional composure and demeanor at all times.
- Valid state driver's license and no more than one at‑fault accident in the last three years.
- Successful completion of the pre‑employment health screening process.
- Flexibility to attend the work site per schedule and be available where patient needs warrant presence.
