Lakes Country Service Cooperative is hiring a School Readiness Preschool Teacher to begin working in the 2026-27 school year. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute duty-free lunch, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This position follows the school year calendar and is located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

• Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning opportunities in a positive, nurturing environment for children ages three to five.
• Work with other program staff team members.
• Maintain appropriate records and materials.
• Maintain communication with families and appropriate agencies in the community and school.

• Minnesota Licensure in Birth to Grade Three or Pre-K Education preferred. Interested people with a license in a closely related field or a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.

• Competitive salary: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on license and experience.
