Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking Long-Term
Substitute Special Education Teacher to join our team at Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. You will work with our K–12 students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and emotional behavioral disorder (EBD). As part of a Setting IV special education program, LCA provides a highly structured, and supportive learning environment that focuses on social skills training and personalized academic support.

• Deliver instruction and behavioral support in line with students' IEPs
• Provide structure and consistency during staff absences
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and behavior specialists
• Support students in achieving academic and social-emotional goals

• A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education is required. EBD License is strongly preferred.

• Full Day = $235.00
• Half Day = $117.50
