Make a real impact leading behavior programming at Lakes Country Academy (LCA), a regional Setting IV special education program in Fergus Falls. As our BCBA, you'll drive data-based decisions and hands-on support for students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), backed by a collaborative, mission-driven team.
Your Role Will Include:- Lead and support behavior programming across the site.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and support implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
- Guide data-based decision-making for classrooms and programs.
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention support.
- Deliver staff training on ABA principles.
- Master's degree required.
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
- Preferred: experience with K-12 students with challenging behaviors, background in educational settings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and teaching experience in EBD or ASD programs.
- Salary: $66,327–$93,036 annually, based on experience.
