Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing company in Fergus Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help fabricate quality components for advertising structures while working with a consistent day-shift schedule and a skilled production team. • Perform primarily MIG welding on various metal components
• Complete some TIG welding as needed
• Fabricate handrails and support poles for advertising signs
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to meet client specifications
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all welds and finished products

• Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with the use of an overhead crane
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation to the Fergus Falls, MN area
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen if required
