Job Summary
Join our workshop in Fergus Falls, MN as a Manufacturing Specialist! In this role, you’ll support our Modular Assembly Area by manufacturing products according to production schedules, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating production equipment safely, loading materials, removing and packing finished goods, and maintaining efficient material flow within the Modular Assembly Area. You’ll also clean equipment and work spaces, manage production waste, and follow all safety, health, and recycling procedures.
This position works under moderate supervision and involves mostly routine tasks, with occasional need to interpret procedures or adjust to production requirements. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, comfort working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
