The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process to prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Maintain contact with patients, patient families, visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians.
• Supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgment.

• Graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
• Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six (6) months.

Day/pm shifts + call, 32 hours biweekly.
