Built in 2011, Pioneer Care Center is a beautiful 105-bed skilled nursing facility in Fergus Falls, a regional center within west central Minnesota lakes country.

The Director of Nursing leads the Pioneer Care Center clinical team to fulfill the organization's mission and is accountable for providing direction and administration of day-to-day operations associated with direct patient care. This is a full-time, salaried position with compensation dependent on experience.
