Intermittent (regular/temporary unlimited). Shift schedule:
Day 6:15 am–2:45 pm, Evening 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Night 10:45 pm–7:15 am. This position is not initially eligible for health and dental insurance benefits.
Provide compassionate, person‑centered care for residents in a long‑term nursing facility. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure safety and quality of care. Help residents achieve their highest functional capacities in an environment that promotes caring, respect, and values the individual.
Minimum Qualifications- Current registration as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and take clear notes.
- Experience providing activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Experience working in a long‑term care environment.
- Must pass a DHS background check (if conducted on the top finalist).
- Must complete a Tuberculosis (Mantoux) screening (or chest x‑ray) prior to employment.
- Employment reference checks will be conducted on all finalists.
