American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week ICU travel assignment in Minnesota, requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.

• 5-bed ICU within an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes stroke (with TPN administration), STEMI, and non-STEMI cases
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1
• EMR system:
  Paragon (Hospital) and Allscripts Touch Works (Clinics)
• 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights (07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30); 8-hour shift options also available (07:00–15:30, 15:00–23:30, 23:00–07:30)
• Saturday through Monday day/night rotation schedule
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to Med/Surg may be required
• Telemetry/monitor techs available on unit
• Hospitalist in-house (no intensivist)
• RT available until 6:00 PM, on‑call with 10-minute response thereafter
• Pharmacy in‑house until 10:00 PM, remote after 10:00 PM
• No IV team on-site
• Common drips include Cardizem, Insulin, Propofol, Versed, and Vasopressors
• Ventilator experience required:
  Hamilton C-1

• Active MN RN license required (facility is willing to wait for licensure)
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BSN not required
• Proficiency with Allscripts and/or Paragon EMR systems preferred

• 1–2 shift orientation provided
• Royal blue scrubs required for RNs
• 7 major holidays observed and will be worked into the schedule
• Nurse aides available on an as‑needed basis
• No charge nurse on unit
