The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve and exercise initiative and judgment.
Hours/ShiftsCasual (less than 32 hours biweekly)
CompensationThe pay range for the RN position is $38.81-$59.18/hour with a shift differential for working straight nights. BSN adds $1.00/hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications- Graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
- Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or obtained within 6 months.
- TNCC Certification preferred or in‑patient nursing trauma education course completed within 6 months from end of orientation.
- Successful completion of the pre‑employment health screening process required.
- Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
