Nurses: 3rd Weekend

Pioneer Care is a nonprofit senior care provider in Fergus Falls, MN. We offer skilled care, transitional care, specialized memory care, assisted living, and independent living with home care.

Registered nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) are needed for evening shifts (2:15 pm–10:45 pm) with an every‑third‑weekend rotation to provide continuous care in our short‑ and long‑term facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering nursing care to residents in a 24‑hour setting.
• Monitoring patient health and administering medication.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary staff.
• Documenting care plans and progress notes accurately.
• Participating in shift hand‑offs and patient family communications.

We believe in a household‑style care approach, allowing nurses to build relationships with residents and families.

Candidates must hold current LPN or RN nursing licensure in Minnesota and be willing to work evenings with the every‑third‑weekend rotation.
