Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will support mothers through childbirth with compassion and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on labor processes, pain management, and postpartum care.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergent situations, providing lifesaving interventions when needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with strong assessment skills.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and childbirth education preferred.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, and compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to patient needs.
