Team Member, Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register.
• Act as a cashier and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the food program.
• Maintain high store appearance standards inside and out.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform work at a quick pace.
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to help accomplish daily goals.
• Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking.

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in a career.
• Willingness to learn and enjoy a fun work environment.

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level occasionally.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to 1 hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, including eye‑hand coordination.
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

$13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
