Entertainment associates greet customers on the salesfloor and offer assistance. They are tech savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and maintain displays throughout the day.

Help customers find what they need, from everyday necessities to special occasions. As a sales associate in any department, maintain clean aisles, stock shelves, answer questions, and assist at checkout as needed. Understand the store layout to support customers efficiently.

• Ability to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Review, locate, and select merchandise to fill customer orders accurately.
• Provide positive customer service: smile, greet, and thank customers.
• Dispense orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
