Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour
. Additional Compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet customers, thank them, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may need to stand for long periods of time.
