Mark Sand & Gravel Company, a 77-year-old established heavy road construction company located in North Central Minnesota, is searching for an experienced "Paving Supervisor."

We pay $135-150K (based on experience), full company paid medical insurance for you and your family, dental program, 401K match up to 5%, a company vehicle, and relocation assistance.

Ideal candidate would have 2 to 3 years of experience as a supervisor on a paving crew and possibly 4 to 5 years of experience operating a paver, a screed, or roller and an understanding of compaction, trucking, densities, traffic control and how to interact with engineers and inspectors on the project.
