Earth Dance Organic Farm School is a nonprofit teaching farm located in Ferguson, MO. Our mission is to advance food justice by training organic farmers and gardeners of all ages, providing connection to healthy food and the land, and cultivating vibrant community. We do this through selling vegetables at a pay-what-you-can price through our farm stand, increasing food security for our neighbors.

The Outreach and Development Coordinator project will serve to support the expansion and donor relationships of Earth Dance. The project will build Earth Dance’s capacity to serve low-income individuals by conducting outreach, increasing community awareness of Earth Dance's pay-what-you-can offerings and increasing the capacity of the organization to engage and retain individual supporters connecting them with meaningful opportunities to participate in Earth Dance’s mission and community.
