Arch Well Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the PCP and ensure efficient patient care at our neighborhood clinics. You will greet patients, perform intake and routine assessments, and assist in coordinating care with the broader healthcare team.
The role requires an active LPN license, a year of clinic experience, and BLS; experience with EHR systems such as Eclinical Works is preferred. Travel for company meetings may be required.
