Responsibilities

• Rotate through different Marriott properties, assisting in and leading the pastry section.
• Develop and implement pastry menus that meet quality standards and seasonality.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage pastry supplies and budgeting, maintaining cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality products.
• Collaborate with other culinary departments to create a cohesive and innovative overall dining experience.
