Position Overview

Join a thriving endodontic practice with an established 40-year referral network. Focus exclusively on specialized endodontic procedures in a high-volume outpatient setting. Practice with full clinical autonomy supported by an experienced dental team. Work alongside at least two dedicated assistants per provider. Compensation

45% of collections. Proven income potential exceeding $400,000 annually.

Schedule

Flexible 4-day work week. No weekends.

Role

Perform comprehensive endodontic evaluations and treatment planning. Complete root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures. Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists. Deliver exceptional patient care and education. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
