* Provide compassionate nursing care and medication management for residents

* Monitor resident health and communicate updates with families and physicians

* Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being

* Respond quickly and confidently to resident needs

* Work closely with a supportive clinical and leadership team
