We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, making environments run smoothly, and being the person others rely on to get things done.
At Activate, our office is a hub for creativity, collaboration, and client interaction. This role plays a key part in making that experience seamless for everyone.
What You’ll Do
You will own the day-to-day operations of the office:
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- Keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly
- Ensure the space is clean, functional, and always client‑ready
- Set up meetings with food, beverages, and materials as needed
- Coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and internal events
- Help recognize employee milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries
You’ll Also Support the Business
This role works closely with the COO and admin team, supporting initiatives across HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping coordinate schedules and internal projects
- Keeping systems and materials organized
- Jumping in to support wherever needed
- Running local errands
- Picking up supplies or last‑minute items
- Keep the move organized and on track
- Help manage assets, supplies, and setup
- Ensure the new office is fully functional and ready for the team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and reliable
- Friendly, professional, and easy to work with
- Comfortable managing a variety of tasks
- Someone who takes pride in helping others and keeping things running smoothly
- Office management, admin, or hospitality experience
- Experience supporting teams or leadership
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments
